The following information tells you how to:
If you are a new customer, please create an account by clicking on Log in at the top right of the website. Then click Create now on the next screen.
If you are an existing customer you may update your access details by logging into your profile and clicking on Other Preferences.
During the registration process you will be taken to a screen labelled Other Preferences. Please tick all boxes that are relevant to you.
If you are an existing customer tick or untick the relevant boxes.
To be able to book wheelchair accessible spaces online, please make sure you have selected either ‘I am a wheelchair user (electric)‘ or ‘I am a wheelchair user (manual)‘.
If you have ticked ‘I have a registered Assistance Dog‘ or ‘I require a Personal Assistant‘ in Other Preferences you will be able to book a free ticket for these online.
Once you have selected all the access details that are relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Create my account (or save if you are editing preferences on an existing account).
N.B. After clicking Create my account/save, please logout and back in again, in order for the system to recognise your requirements.
Once you have registered your access requirements on your account, log in and find the event you wish to book for. You can type it into the Search Events field or use the filters on the left to help you.
If you have ticked ‘I am a wheelchair user (electric)‘ or ‘I am a wheelchair user (manual)‘ in Other Preferences, the seating plan will show wheelchair spaces marked with the wheelchair symbol.
Personal Assistant seats for wheelchair users are marked with a W just in front of the wheelchair bay.
Choose your space/seats by clicking on them and then click on Continue at the bottom of the page.
On the next page, select the ticket concession you require from the drop down menus.
If you require a personal assistant choose an ‘Access’ ticket for yourself and an ‘Access’ ticket for your personal assistant.
To qualify for a free Access ticket, your personal assistant must sit next to you – or, if you are a wheelchair user, next to or in the row in front of you.
One of your Access tickets will automatically be discounted to £0 at the checkout for your personal assistant.
