We offer a range of booking options so that you can book at a time of day that suits you. Find out how to book and whether you’re eligible for one of our generous discounts.
Book in a way that suits you
By phone or in person
Turner Sims Box Office Reception is open from 10am - 5pm, or 10am to 15 minutes after event start time, Monday to Friday. At weekends, the Box Office is open from two hours before event start time until 15 minutes after event start time.

You can book online 24 hours a day for any event that has a 'Quick Book' or 'Find out more' button. Events without these buttons are either non-ticketed or fully booked.
If you are a Friend of Turner Sims, take advantage of your Friends of Turner Sims rate by logging into your Turner Sims account first. Once logged in, choose your tickets selecting 'standard ticket'. Your 10% discount will automatically be deducted at checkout.

Payments and reservations
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
Cheques should be made payable to Turner Sims.
Reserved tickets should be paid for within a week of your reservation or 1 hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. After this time, unpaid reservations will be released for sale.

Exchanges and refunds
If you are unable to attend for any reason, your tickets are non-refundable. Tickets for Turner Sims promoted events may be exchanged for other Turner Sims promoted events or credit issued to your Turner Sims account. You must inform the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance (4 days for group bookings). If you notify Turner Sims later than this, tickets may only be resold if the event is sold out. £2 administration fee applies.

Cashless Venue
Turner Sims is a fully cashless venue, supporting our commitment to your safety and improving the efficiency of our service.
We accept all major contactless debit and credit cards. The payment limi is £100. We also accept mobile and wearable payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. This method supports high-value contactless payments.

Interval drinks
You can purchase drinks in advance online when you book your tickets. Drinks will automatically be presented at the interval if there is one. In the case of no interval, or by customer request, they may be claimed from the bar pre-show. Drinks purchased online are attached to the concert date and are non-transferable. Alternatively, you can purchase drinks in person at the bar on the night of the event.
Ticket Types
Students and Under 18s
Students and Under 18s can enjoy discounts of 50% or more for Turner Sims events. Filter your What's On search by price or view event details for individual prices. Only one discount may be applied per ticket.
Turner Sims reserves the right to introduce concessions and special offers at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Free Cavatina tickets
Young people aged 8-25 years old can experience selected concerts for free thanks to the generous support of the Cavatina Chamber Music Trust. The trust was formed in 1998 to develop young audiences for chamber music. Full details on how to register for free tickets below.
School and college bookings
Schools and colleges can enjoy £7.50 tickets when booking for a group. The price applies to pupils and accompanying teachers/adults. Tickets must be paid for at least one week prior to the event. No other discounts may be applied to school rate tickets. Please call the box office on 023 8059 5151 to book your tickets.
Group bookings
Buy 8 tickets for most Turner Sims promoted events and receive the 9th ticket free. The tickets must all be for the same performance and paid for in one transaction.
Wheelchair spaces
Turner Sims has a number of wheelchair spaces in the hall and disabled access for both performers and audience members. There is level access to the Box Office reception, bar and toilet facilities. For more information on booking a wheelchair space, please visit our Access page.

'Babes in arms'
Any child under 1 year of age is welcome to come along as a 'babe in arms'. They may sit on your lap without you needing to pay extra, unless the show is designed specifically for children. We just ask that if your child becomes unsettled during the performance that you step outside until they have settled.
How to register for free Cavatina tickets*
If you are aged 15-25
Email a copy of your ID verifying your date of birth to info@turnersims.co.uk using Cavatina as the email title.
For parents and guardians of 8-14-year-olds
Email your child’s name and date of birth to info@turnersims.co.uk using Cavatina as the email title.
You will receive an email to confirm that the membership has been set up. To book your free ticket, login to your Turner Sims account and select Standard Ticket. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
*Selected chamber music concerts only. One ticket per Cavatina member per concert. Cavatina membership will expire on your 26th birthday. Terms and conditions apply.
